Preach the Word... Reaching for the Nations!

Posted by Pastor Rudy Fetalsana on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
“Preach The Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage – with great patience and careful instruction." -- 2 Timothy 4:1-8

2009 - A year considered by Christians as well as non-Christians, as unique, displaying the signs and their fulfillment. To us believers we know that it is just a beginning of sorrow; for the unbelievers, it comes as a surprise, with confusion and fear, due to the lack of fruitful knowledge. What is the Spirit of God saying to us in 2o1...

Salvation

Posted by Sudhamoy Hazra on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
Salvation is God saving all who trust Christ from sin and its consequences. This is made possible by the sacrificial death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 2:8-10 “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

Tips on Evangelism

Posted by Pastor Mandy Manlutac on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
Evangelism means sharing to people the Good News (gospel) that the Son of God came down to earth and became a human being like us, and He died at the Cross for the forgiveness of our sins, and He rose from the dead to give us eternal life.

Stop Complaining, Start Dreaming, Keep on Claiming

Posted by Pastor Mandy Manlutac on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
Negative confessions, such as “I feel sick today” or “I can’t remember that, I have a poor memory” or “Sorry, I have no money” are all expressions of faith in opposite direction, commonly known as doubts. Yes, they all sound familiar because we always doubt God’s provision over our personal condition. Grumbling, mumbling, and whinging are arcane words instigated from the pit of hell, and are ruthless rivals of godly faith. Complaints plummet us to the lowest locations the Devi...

Redeeming the Time

Posted by Pastor Rudy Fetalsana on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
2008 marks the 13th year of Agape Christian Church. We give thanks to the abiding presence of God, His faithfulness; His protection; His precision. Thank God for placing us in a position where we can stand firm and grow up in strength, might, power and wisdom. We have always declared that our dependence is in His Word, the Bible. And for God to fulfil His plans and purposes for us, God has given us His Holy Spirit to reveal to us, the church, who Jesus is, that we might know Jesus as King of ...

Big Plans

Posted by Pastor Rudy Fetalsana on Sunday, August 15, 2010,
It was D.L. Moody’s deathbed farewell when he said, “If God be your partner, make your plans big.”

This is the heartbeat of the leadership and members of Agape Christian Church. We have big plans for God. And one of our plans is to enlarge our vision. Vision to bring souls to the kingdom of God —for salvation and discipleship.

We don’t want to be visionaries. We want to be people with vision. There is a big difference between people with a vision and a visionary person. The people wit...
